5/5/5, A great event for the Rancor battalion. Had a mix of tech role play that our Alpha's enjoyed and the sims design was wonderful. The close quarters combat sections of the event was very action packed, and fun for the ARCs!

4/4/5 An action orientated event. Had a good mix of roleplay and the individuals that were the event jobs were very chaotic. Overall a fun event!

4/5/3 It was great action packed event!. The map was a great area to explore, especially for the recon based battalions. Excellent map to use for our Trauma Unit. One thing that kinda effected the overall rating was unfortunately server performance. HOWEVER. I dont blame the game master or their helpers, since these types of major deployments tend to have some performance issues!

+1, Elijah has always been a dedicated individual, would make an excellent member that would contribute much to the staff team

I believe that being an admin can be a great benefit towards completing my goals as a Jedi Master of Rancor and a member of the server. As an admin, I would be able to host some fun simulations for the battalion and provide scenarios for many of the Jedi branches. In addition, it would allow me to be more useful towards hosting many of the ARC trainings and Jedi trials, since spawning dupes and NPC is crucial towards the quality of these scenarios. Lastly, being an admin would allow me to give back towards the members of the server, and this is important to me since I have built many long lasting friends and memories during my time in the server. Being able to give back to these individuals would be my way to give back towards them. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Hello everyone, it's good to finally be back after a long break. My name is Patrick and I believe that this is almost my fifth or sixth year in the server? Unfortunately, It seems like I have lost track of how long it has been. Right now I am currently obtaining my bachelor's in marketing and my hobbies can include writing and reading books. For my server accomplishments side, I have mainly focused on battalion and Jedi works, which led me to obtain some leadership positions in the past. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I do believe that I was a member of the staff team in the past, however this was way back in 2018 or 2019? To be honest I am not completely sure but I can remember the old staff system which had the following ranks: New Admin, Admin, Veteran Admin, Senior Admin, Overseer etc. At that time I was a TRO (Trainer Officer) for a great admin that mentored me at that time. His mentorship had led to me obtaining the rank of admin, which I'm grateful for. Even though it was a simple position, I took pride in its work, because it was fun to introduce and help out the next generation of the server. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: Synergy Roleplay is the only Garry's Mod server that I only play and spend the majority of my time in. According to steam I have about 2,900 hours dedicated to the server. I can always share a screenshot for proof if required.

+1 Kiara has shown to have the passion to make this faction reach better heights. Definitely a strong candidate for the position.

4/4/4 It was a great practice or Rancor, Had great mix of action in addition with some good roleplay elements within the war room section of the scenerio

Right now Rancor is at a strong point in the server. Brooklyn has the experience and perspective to continue to push this momentum and lead the battalion to an even stronger point. Definitely a great candidate for Blitz +1

+1 Although my time in GM as a jedi was short, Mystic has shown to me as a great and kind leader. Definitely the candidate to continue the position.

I cant believe the news today... Honestly this notification left me speechless. Korm was one of the most helpful and wisest individuals that I've met and interacted throughout my time in the server. He would always provided great advise on my how to tackle my problems, I hope he rest well, Rest in Piece my friend, Thank you for all your words of wisdom.

An amazing and understanding Rex. You had to experience and deal with so much events that damaged the battalion. What makes it scary was that you managed to fix those problems and made the battalion into an even stronger state 07, welcome to the retirement home of legends!

+1 Sixta is doing a great work as Blitz, I believe his 2nd term will be the term that will defy his tryue impact towards Rancor, as he has created a foundation, now he is able to build upon it, improving the battalion even further.

+1 Alpha currently needs a revamp at the moment. Many of its members are one of the most passionate individuals I ever worked with during my time in Rancor as Havoc. They have always tried to push for this revamp however, many times it was denied. This leads towards them working with what they have, and after speaking and witnessing what they had compared to the other sub units, it really needs a simple change.

+1 This will greatly improve the convenience of the Jedi faction. It will make youngling and Knight trials more engaging and dynamic.
