Can you direct me to where it talks about a 30 day cooldown for an application? I looked through the rules before posting and the only time it says something about a time limit is if I were to void an application. I don't feel like I should be disqualified from applying just because the position opened less than 30 days before I last applied.

I learned a lot from the former Doom, Trixx. He has taught me a lot about being a leader and I would like to follow in his footsteps. Having someone that the battalion members know and (I would hope) enjoy being with and talking to would make them more likely to come on and be active. I have shown that I can be trusted with a higher rank since I am now a Lieutenant Colonel in the battalion, one of the higher ranking Senior Officer ranks. I have also put in some work for this battalion by taking leadership in the pilot squadron in an attempt to reform it and make the Shield squadron better than I found it. I know the other applicants may have been here longer and have a more known name, but I would like to get this chance in order to show my worth to the server and this battalion. Trixx has made this battalion what it is now and I don't feel like there is a way that I can make it better other than to continue on what he made it. If there were to be one thing I would change, it would be the promotions for NCO and sNCO ranks. I constantly hear NCOs and sNCOs talking about getting their requirements and how they are ready for promotions. While I enjoy their enthusiasm and anticipation to move up in the battalion, requirements are not the only thing that are considered, at least for me, for promotions. I would like it to be made known early on in the NCO ranks that you have to show your worth in order to be promoted. I do not want Doom's Unit to become Officer Unit. Taking the next step and becoming a staff member would allow me to help other people have a smooth and enjoyable experience on the server. I have very weird hours, so I will more than likely be available when there is a low number of staff or none at all. I always want to help people to the best of my abilities. Having this role will allow me to accomplish that. Since this is my first ever CWRP server, I'd like to stretch my knowledge out and learn what it takes to be an administrator here. I can put a lot of time and dedication into helping out the players of Synergy and cannot wait to see where this will take me. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am 17 and am a freshman in college and was the recipient of the President's List award for the fall semester of my freshman year. I work part-time at an auditorium and at a retail store that sells electronics. I also am a photographer and like taking pictures around my town and for people who contract me out. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I have only been staff on DarkRP servers. However, those experiences have taught me a lot about how I should carry myself and how to respond to situations. My longest experience was just over one year of service. On that server, I was able to lead many of the new staff members to success by showing them how they can grow as a person people will look up to.
