As for Echo, Although he was originally thought to be KIA he was later discovered and saved by his comrades. Echo didn't formally receive Phase 2 ARC armor and his future was left to the imagination as to what he may have looked like after, but due to the other two ARCs attaining phase II it would only make sense they all are unified in appearance. +1 Its about time for an update to Jesse's model as it gives respect toward the show, but -1 to the TCC model because it will then limit TCC to ARC and we don't need another spot taken up by ARC when we already have limited slots.

It would be easier if the 2 models weren't part of a larger pack, and its a small difference, but being these characters its more understandable to want accurate models and up-to-date for the role your playing. *shrugs* Thanks for the feedback though!
