    Why did you leave the staff, team?: I posted an LOA for staff because I had a small problem that I didn't know when I would be back to do my staff duties. I later posted a good bye note in my battalion chat thinking that I would never be back on the server. I told them to tell staff that I'm going  away from there server for a while and the LOA stated that If your gone for more than 2 weeks you could get removed from the staff team and I didn't know that. Than what do  you know I'm back on the server. 

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff, team?:  The main reason why I want to Rejoin join staff team because I want people to have fun on this server, I dont want people to get get board of this server really fast like other usual  servers.  I want people to think "wow this server is really fun I think ill come back tomorrow and probably donate".  I dont want people to think " this server is really mingey and boring Im going to check out another server I hope it is not as boring as this one". Im willing to do my best when I comeback on the staff team and I will try my best not to end up inactive again and stay active to do my part on this server and make the server better.

    Why did you leave the staff, team?: There was 2 reasons why I Left staff, One reason why I left staff Team was due to spending time with my friends  on my xbox about  1 year ago. I didn't have enough Time to play with my friends and stay active on synergy, so I picked to spend time  with my friends. The last Reason Why I left is because my old laptop got a virus and it was nearly impossible to comeback on Synergy and stay active.

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff, team?:I want to rejoin the staff team because i'm looking forward to change my appearance  on this server. Back then I would call myself a bad admin. I was barely active as staff and I would barely train any CC because I was nervous that they would make fun of my high pitch voice. Also Back then on the old synergy, I would act silly and ignorant just to make my battalion members laugh, sometimes I would even Fail rp and even get demoted. But now Im I take this server  very serious now and I highly  doubt that I would ever make those same mistakes ever again. Another reason why I want to Rejoin staff is because I want to help out my battalion members. My battalion can be referred to as the “inactive battalion”. people are leaving are battalion or going inactive for a very long time, I really don't want my Battalion to be short on staff members. My battalion require staff members because we do types  training's that requires  staff members to help during these training.  I  want to help out in these training's such as W&T, Leadership, and selections. The last reason why I want to Rejoin join staff team because I want people to have fun on this server, I dont want people to get get board of this server really fast like other usual  servers.  I want people to think "wow this server is really fun I think ill come back tomorrow and probably donate".  I dont want people to think " this server is really mingey and boring Im going to check out another server I hope it is not as boring as this one".     • Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum) The reason why I want to be in staff because I want to help the Community, When I first came on the server I thought this server was boring but after a few weeks after playing synergy, I later joined rancor then after that the server got better for me and Synergy RP made star wars rp fun and Funny for me and I want to give back to Synergy, I also want to help the server grow.. Another reason why I want to be staff respond to people problems I don't want people to wait more then 30 sec for a staff Member to come and respond to there problem like for example If a guy gets stuck in the  wall   I want people to respond to that  really quick. I also like synergy role play and its really hard for me to get off playing Synergy. I would really hate to see synergy to become unpopular. I also want to make the server fun for players, new players on Synergy, old player on Synergy I'm also willing to assist other staff like in events when I reach the rank. I want to be staff, Staff is my main goals in playing star wars RP, Icefuse didn't give me a  chance to let me be  staff, I will be a good staff member. I want Synergy to be a fun star wars RP server. I want people to think "wow this server is really fun, I'll play this server more often' maybe i'll donate". I dont want people to think "this server is an rip off of icefuse every thing sucks on this server i'm giving this server a 3 out of ten, I'm never coming back to this server again".     • Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Hi I am a TR and I like a lot of things one of the things i like is memes.  memes are funny and I also have my profile picture after a meme, almost every day i just watch memes and sometimes I even think of making my own memes i haven't made any yet I'm planing to make my own memes.  I am also a fan of Si-Fi movies, one of my favorite Si-Fi movies are  star wars and Starship troopers.

When I saw the show it blew my mind, all that violence and action, It really made me become attached to star wars. I remember my dad would say don't watch that show it to violent but I didn't listen to him. I would even watch the show when I was away in Trinidad to see my cousins.
