it still isnt working im still stuck with a black loading screen

Bug Type (Server:): I cannot load into the server properly. I am met with a black loading screen that does not go away Severity level (Low - Medium - High): i Do not know Evidence (if you can): i have pictures of what it is showing me but i cant paste them here for some reason Description of the bug:Whenever I try to load into the server I am met with a black loading screen that does not go away. I can read the braodcast and comms. also I can see the game behind the pause menu. my problem was just marked as resolved but it was not resolved so can someone please help me with it this time. steam id: 76561198331752260 How can we recreate it: I just loaded the server up again after being away for awhile and its not working so i do not know
