If this was implemented, would shock be given something similar to the handcuff swep some servers use and baton(insta arrests) be handled by staff? While I understand the idea, I think, it seems like something that would only happen via comprise(the handcuff sweps) as no cg is going to agree to having the item and ability to arrest someone revoked without some sort of compromise.That and the handcuff sweps do allow for some more RP in an arrest situation which is one of the reasons I brought them up anyway. Though my apologies if anything sounds weird, not the best at projecting my thoughts in a cohesive manner.

Y'all, this is simply a way to balance out the regiments and spread out some power. Yularen simply acts as a regimental now, his power and control over CG isn't different than The SPEC reg's, from my understanding. If it goes bad, they can just hit that ctrl+z

Dennis brings up some good points, the reason why encounters require supervision is so, as Dennis mentioned, people don't hop on a job to kill someone and do it under the guise of one of these "random RP" scenarios. If you're able to present a good way to circumvent this, and some of the other issues this presents I'd definitely +1. As of now, this idea seems to just be encounters that don't need supervision, although you would still need administrators to help with the scenario anyways(health setting, load-outs, getting out of admin room). Currently VIP's can just ask to get supervised if they want to do an encounter, although I don't know how many know of this as it doesn't get stated anywhere obvious.
For now, its a -1, if you address some of the grievances I listed with adequate explanation i'd definitely change my vote.

I have the leaf village and the uzamaki clan symbol with the Japanese text "Will of fire". Which I got when I turned 18, My second one is my mothers birthday in roman numerals, my third is a samurai and my latest is a Japanese Geisha with an Oni demon mask.
The artist managed to get the geisha to fit well with the japanese characters and it looks pretty litty.

+1 People using 'but performance' is a situation that, I presume, the intel team would test to see if they strain the server.
They seem like better vehicles, and the implementation of A.I controlled vehicles would be very helpful for events.

Summary of the story: Miners, after the kyber crystals located in the caves begun a mining operation to gather said crystals. Their plans were noticed due to an increase in seismic activity and alerted the nearby base
What was the result of the event?: Miners were stopped. Dormir, one of the miners was taken into custody.
Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Shoot em up with some passive rp

-1 Although you do want to create events for people to enjoy, I haven't seen enough of you acting like an individual ready to hold the position of a staff member since you returned. I'm all for giving second chances; however you need to show that you deserve one. You say you minge but don't break any rule, while minging is against the rules. Either way staff member shouldn't be minging on the server anyways, If you're behavior changes than my vote will change as well.
