Hello Yes, I would leaving the server today as of short notice as my LOA just got extended longer. Thus, I took some time to actually write a good bai to all you little scrubbies. But in the case of my work and job that is happening at the current moment. I am taking leave from the server and I will probably or might not be back next of the couple of monthes. I hope you kiddos and kiddies and grills and whatever you want call do well. Remember, stay in school don't do anything crazy and yeah have fun. And to the people who think was another [It wasn't. Work was taking over and it comes first in life and my family does as well.]

Neutral Now, before all you guys decide to say "NANI DA FUK?" here's my reasoning. Now at first, I don't know Venom too well and the thing is that he just suddenly decided to pop up one day and lead us into battle which questions me about the leadership and his LOA that he suppose to have. After, checking [REDACTED] logs in [REDACTED] area I did not see any of his up which indicated to me that he disappeared from the battalion which questions me that he would be able to be on everyday is a possible weird thing that he might not appear like he said he would. Then, from own personal standpoint of view which made me worried a lot is that he would try to get us into more training things to be done for the battalion to be more of active state. However, for this past week I have not seen as much of this exercise. As I said before, you want to raise the 41st to the top pinnacle of the class of the clones that are disciplined and more of a strong point then start showing it to me. Prove me that you want us to succeed, once this is shown I will change verdict. Since this is a commander application, I will wait till the date of 04/30/2019, which it should give you about the months time to show us that you would lead the 41st to glory again.

+1 I believe he is more fit enough to lead the 41st with going from here and there. Also, I know he is not as much due to schooling, life and etc. which should come first and which is good. I believe, he has fit enough to become the 41st Commander and he can do more and expand this battalion. From a standpoint of a general person, he can give it a go and see if it's what he wishes and or not. If it doesn't go his way, you can probably let him step down if it does go his way then he can help and elevate the 41st. I believe he can be fitted for this job and do it well although he does have IRL problems just like everyone else.

This is the non-proper format, Please put more work into this by the time of 04/13/2019 so I can determine my own personal verdict on this. Okay, hello Draco. First off, you need your steam ID in the mix it has to be SteamID32 so they can do some stuff. Secondly, you did to many also's within your paragraph of why you would want to come back. Fix your sentences to accordingly and give us more detail of why did you leave the staff team. This also comes into play in your paragraph in the rejoining of the staff team. However, you did explain some whys and nos due to your situations in your IRL life which is good and makes it understandable of whats going on in your situation. But, you need more details into your paragraphs as some of them do repeat. I am willing to give you a second chance to be able to fix problems in the paragraphs and find your steamID32. You have till 04/13/2019 to prove me otherwise for now my verdict will be NEUTRAL

First off, capitalize your I's please for god love sakes jeez. Also, I do see you on as a 41st on a daily basis which is good. But the bad thing would be, is that you came back just for 187th which indicates to me a little bit that you would only come back for them (Yes I know, I would join for 187th too but loyalty to a server). However, I do believe in second chances and you already proven. So therefore, this a +1 for now until convinced other wise by either myself of your possible work ethic within the server and or something happens drastically. Also, you do RP good as well so you should be fine also keep studies too.

I do agree with the MRP being backed up and here's why. First off, we can have more of a player fan base instead of just sitting in one CWRP server as we usually do now and we would have more room. Also, We can bring back TTT if people just want to go play and have some fun off just to get off the SEMI-SERIOUS RP servers and just want do and actually play GMOD. Thus would create more revenue and you would be able to expand on the more of player base as they would be able to connect to servers of the same brand they like. Secondly, As stated before this adds more players to our fanbase. Adding more playing is a thing if properly executed as Ching had said. As what I seen, the MRP wasn't properly executed at some certain degree. Lastly, The more of a fan base we do and the more revenue you would get as stated. In a business stand point, to be able to expand you must start for small to get bigger and bigger. If sticking to one thing at a time, sooner or later some people might leave to go do something else and or go play something else aka BURNOUTs as you would call it. So having a diverse server and I know it would cost a lot but starting from small it would help it a bit. Overall gesture, I do agree on having the MRP to be back up. But you must start it as a small and eventually grow it slowly but surely. It would give more diversity and more to the fan base of this community. Also, if you have other game modes in mind. Don't be afraid of it being a slow start, all businesses start slow and you will eventually get to the top point. Such as the communities of MOAT.GG, GFL and etc.

Might just be me, However I don't know what you do in the backgrounds as a Specialized Commander. You are a good man as I seen before, and you do a good job at times with your duties. However, I don't see you as often as much so which makes me confused at certain points maybe we just have time off and so on so forth. But I know your a good man overall. But this doesn't cut to my chase, that you stinky. Just kidding, your a good man overall and pretty chill. However, with this you would have my approval of a +1 and since you are a long lasting member in this community its a no brainer as well. Just get on at times >.> Also get a job. For me, I believe in second chances (if not given already from others then that's okay) For me I like to give you a second chance. However, This is the complete wrong format of reapplications. Once you do that, I will consider my verdict. At the date of 04/08/2019, you have that time frame to fix what you need to fix and go off from there. If you need help ask peers and other people to help fix. For now this is at a NEUTRAL Verdict.

What can I say, on your effort in game is good. However, your effort on this application is terrible and you would need some revisions before anything else. For now my standing is at NEUTRAL Once I see more effort put into this application within the time frame of 04/09/2019. Then I would give you the final verdict of my decision on your application for now on it stands like that.

It would be a +1 for me and here's why. Your a great role player and a good kid I know. Keep up with your work in the server and IRL as well as that is important and I read you sentences which is good for the standards as for the minimum as they need good job.

I don't see you as often and haven't seen you RP in a while and this probably due for us being in differences in times we get on. Show me enough that you can prove yourself back to the staff that you want and you'll have to earn it that way kid. For now, I am at Neutrality.
