I have learned from many staff members I had from the best time to there biggest mistakes. I always waited for a server that fits me for a staff position until I had the feeling I was ready, I have been trained in a lot of things and also made a lot of training documents, I have always been open for new tactics or changed on training. Also, a staff member should be there for his community and not doing paperwork what most of them would do, A good staff member leads his rep and also does some doc work but he must set his other staff members on it to help him out on every way. Being a staff was never a goal for me but until now I became more interested in becoming one and being staff makes me full of pride and honour. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): When I first joined a gmod server I join the 327th I was recruited by Ateen and was mentored by Gibbs, Gibbs showed me how [old server] works he given me good leadership, teamwork and everything a good commander needs. when Gibbs left I saw my commander more who was Bly Mixer was also a great mentor and showed me a lot of new stuff. then I met Pac who was Deviss he also showed me a lot but this time he taught me something that gave me a spark he show me what is it is like to mentor someone then watch the guy you mentored grow through the ranks he showed me it's not about your rank it is about your leadership. but when good thing happen bad things come after Pac and a lot of other officers left the 327th and joined the 187th as they given my on 327th he I was the only officer left I gave my self a goal my goal was to revive the 327th so I recruited Bucks and Thron they we got our numbers up that much we had at least 15 people on every day it was great to see what we did and see everyone enjoying them selfs. later on, I became Deviss I lead the battalion until Kudaa came along and become Bly. later on, in my career, I left the 327th to help a battalion in need. The 73rd the 73rd was in bad shape the server just got a big update and it was up to me to revive it so I made all new docs got everyone recruiting and revived in a couple of weeks but then we got a new commander and he used me to make docs and everything for his own personal gain in the end I left and joined back into the 327th. I have been on [Old server] for 2 years now, been in the 327th mainly left for 73rd, RANCOR and DU for some little time to get myself disciplined. I have been trained to a Drill instructor because I always like to help out my fellow trooper and help them become better in every way possible. Also, I got myself trained in all sorts of thing just to make myself ready for every scenario possible, I need to get my troopers on the other side of the battle without any wounded or killed friends. There is always room to develop myself and I would be lying if there isn’t any. I have been beaten down by many officers and always got myself up and made myself better than before. I kinda never went into other battalions but I did a lot of joined training together with DU and the 41st, with the I found out that the 4 battalions together there was a much bigger change on winning some battle and scenarios of training. Being an Officer within the 327th has made experienced because over time I have seen a lot of things and learned a lot of things. the moment Irelevus became Bly I want back to the 327th to help him out in every way possible because I was seeing myself as an experienced officer that was capable of doing stuff and train people to certain things. All these things just helped me shape myself into a commanding officer and also preparing me for a commander position, over time it made me a better and more experienced leader. So that leads me to synergy my new home basically I feel welcome here I hope to play here for a good while. Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes, I was an admin on IFN about a year ago then a mod again on IFN like 4 or 6 months ago, I resigned from there yesterday as I was fed up with people always harassing me.
