+1, Rancor currently isn't in the best position to be adding more responsibilities to themselves as the battalion isn't in a good state right now, nothing against Rancor I love them and they're my second favorite battalion I just think with the current state of Rancor this will be useful if we want ARF to function correctly - Acorn/Rex

why does 104th need them they're not recon either. lore does exist on them and they played a large role throughout umbara. the recon part is also if recon classes aren't needed then why does anyone have ARC which has Recon in the name. Reconnaissance for an attack battalion that is deployed on events by itself a lot with no recon at all and we fly in blind there's also that if we're deployed and a Recon battalion isn't available and with the current state of the recon regiment that may be the case more and more.

-1, I loved the 187th I really did they were always some of the best on the ship and I feel like the attack regiment is missing something without them but it's time to let them go, the 187th was tried and failed it was an experiment and a failed one. I'd like to see other battalions we haven't seen before on the server come back perhaps 612th or another clone legion - Acorn/Rex

-1, I'll say a few things. 1. in part of the suggestion you said to which I will say the people in the SA position worked hard and went through a lot of hard staff to get there, for a person to not want to do that but still get the privileges SA gets feels extremely scummy and discredits the work our staff team does. 2. To bring up you said a person must have 500+ hours on the server, people commonly AFK on he server for long periods of time I mean if a person went AFK every day he could get 500 hours in about a months worth of play time while in order for most people to reach higher staff ranks such as SA and VA it takes them well over a month in most cases 3. You said they must get 10 +1s to get accepted, I will say that if you have a few friends on the server it is extremely easy to get 10 +1s and thus does not make this a good relative scale and while it could be increased to a greater number it would take an extremely large number of +1s to negate that favoritism 4. To my mind I don' know if the high staff would vote on whether or no the person was an exceptionally good member of the community or if they simply didn't see that person minging and if it was the second it'd be extremely easy to get passed the first stage. That's just my opinion and why I think it, I think it would take away the incentive of people to be good members of staff and simply donate so that is why I hold my opinion - Acorn/Rex

Model: 501st Trooper 5 Weapons: 501st DC 15A, DC 15S, and Riot Shield Other: To those who would say "Attack battalions don't need it" I will say this shields like the ones seen in the show and the ones I am requesting are used for the purpose of covering infantry units from ranged attacks as they moved forward. This tactic has been used historically by the Romans in their Testudo formation where shields would be used to make a box and cover the top and front to move the infantry forward in mobile cover for the purpose of attacking. Riot control units use a similar formation using riot shields to cover police infantry to not only force back rioters but also to prevent projectiles from being thrown at the infantry. In both of these cases the shields are used as mobile cover which is how I would have shields be used, they would be used to build cover for us in MHB and Artillery room so we are not so exposed - Acorn/Rex

-1 As BATTALION COMMANDER of the 501st I'm gonna have to say I do not want ARF back. They will not get use as a recon unit as they're intended. We have an open slot for another class to suggest - Acorn/Rex
