Is there a way for it to be removed without the object/person it is on being destroyed/dying? Like if two hunters spot one on another hunter, can it be punched to be broken or something?

unsure, I have not tested it in multiplayer, but perhaps a /me + roll + pm the person that placed it if you know who would work. the person it's on could always respawn after it get's rp removed

  2. I find this very interesting, It would help alot with the aspect of needing reinforcements. What do you have in mind for the pinging specifically? an in game arrow with a distance above that disappears over time? or something on your screens that says something like "Need backup at _____"

90MB for night vision isn't worth it. I don't see any situation where this is useful outside of lights being off on main base. Most event server maps dont' have darkness features, and using editors to make it night time won't have any effect when used with this. Basically what this comes down to is tinting the color of your screen for 90MB. The use case is just too niche.

I have this one also, but it's a bit shittier, doesn't have the attaching animation, no charge limit or cooldown set to it, but it is 0.335MB and you can have more colour customization along with being able to use your flashlight with it instead: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=138163375

I'll edit it accordingly in the suggestion

Furthermore, I can see some potential issues with clipping through the helmet and such, as well as this not matching the looks of any other equipment in-game. It would just look silly.

I have checked, the goggles don't show up for me when I look at my own model via a camera, would have to check in multiplayer though. also we can always remodel it to look like the helmet binos

Suggestion: Add tracking beacons to the server to enhance searching for things/people. This one in particular doesn't make it too easy to locate someone, so there will at least be a challange for it.

Implementation: I think it would be cool to add to trackers and ARFs to buff their kit, but i'm open to letting someone else decide.

(If no workshop content, suggest a developer or put "Require Development")

Other: I have decided to list the mechanics of it so people have more insight on this:
    - The beacon is placed with left click on objects (not parts of the map, just props), ships, players, and NPCs.
    - Once placed, the tracking fob in your hand will light up and blink faster if you are facing the right way (If Maxwells is able to add a beeping sound to it, that would also be very helpful).
    - If you die or the item you placed it on despawns, the beacon despawns.
    - The user of the tracking fob can put it away without the beacon despawning.
    - The user can only place one at a time and if they place a new one, it despawns the old one.
    - The user can despawn it from anywhere on the map with right click.

Suggestion: Add nightvision to the server in addition to the flashlights. This will add a new facet to battle, especially if we use the one suggested. It allows you to set how much of a charge you have between uses and can be damaged. If the model for it is a problem, we could try to replace it with a Ebino design. As well you can choose between the colours of the night vision, this is the best one I have seen personally.

Implementation: Personally I'm not sure whether the whole server should have access to it, or just have specific groups be able to use it.

Other: Here are the pros and cons of both addons (DISCLAIMER: I am not suggesting we add both, I believe that we should add one and that people who +1 specify which they like more, I personally think the first one is very cool, but the second one is much smaller and has more range for personal preference):
    The first addon suggested
    - Is 90MB (I know it's alot)
    - Has an attaching animation for it + a turning on animation for it
    - Can customize between 4 colors (Red, White, Blue, Green)
    - Has a charge time between uses (which should be able to be set by the server)
    - Has a use time (so it has to recharge after it runs out of power)
    - Has a max damage before it is broken (which should be able to be set by the server and just means you need to re-attach it)
    - Does not allow you to use your flashlight while it's turned on

    The second addon suggested
    - is 0.335MB
    - Simply turns on and off with a console command (nv_toggle_nightvision)
    - Can be customized to any colour and raise the brightness level (nv_menu)
    - Supposed to have a laser option for guns that shows you where you are aiming (nv_toggle_laser)
    - No charge or use time (can stay on as long as you like)
    - Faster turn on (no animation needed)
    - Works with your flashlight
    - Allows you to choose between a goggle view on your screen or just a sold screen (nv_menu)
    - Does not hurt your eyes if the lights suddenly come back on (Unless you turn the contrast up to max)

RP Rank: Vice Chairman | Master/General | Colonel

Suggestion: Add a red dot or sights (Preferably the red dot) to the tracking launcher like the RPS-2 so that we can get a better idea of where it's aimed. It's not that big of a change but I think it would be a nice one.

Implementation: Copy the system from RPS-6 and add it to the tracking launcher.

Can I just ask a staff member to change my robe color then (and if so what rank can edit other people's bodygroupers?)

Yes, infact you are able to do it yourself with the easy bodygrouper tool on the tool gun, but it resets when you change jobs or disconnect. Maybe one day this won't be a problem but either way I put this up to make sure that it is documented even if it can't currently be fixed.

  9. Bug Type (Server:): Jedi Model bodygroupers

    Severity level (1-3): 1

    Evidence (if you can):

6GJ9mJT.png This one only edits hair, facial hair, and face markings

LFi8TPl.pngThis one only edits hair, hair colour, facial hair, and face

I41kiAF.pngThis one only edits face markings and tails on head

mV92x5g.pngThis one only edits tails on head, face and tail colour

w92ftsT.pngThis one only edits tail, face, and a third thing that I have yet to determine (thats the skin bodygrouper)

Description of the bug: Basically there is a bodygrouper missing from certain jedi models which is the robes (usually listed as skin or armor). The issue is that I know it exists for the model but only can be done with the easy bodygrouper toolgun. The general consensus that I have recieved is that it's the fault of the original modeler for not organizing it well so i'm hoping that someone experienced in modeling or scripting/coding would be able to unlock this model issue. The affected models are as follows:

    models/player/jedi/twilek.mdl

    models/player/jedi/togruta.mdl

    models/player/jedi/pantoran.mdl

    models/player/jedi/twilek2.mdl

    models/player/jedi/human.mdl

How can we recreate it: Switch to the jedi jobs that have these models and try to change the robes

I joined the 212th and haven’t minged at all.

Sounds to me like we should hear what 212th has to say or give then some time to evaluate your performance. also if you are in 212th now, I'm not sure if this post is really relevant now cause you are obviously not banned from all battalions or factions.
