To clarify, I do not play here. My little sister does. I charged it back since she stopped playing but I never got the money back. It was not her mistake (a community memeber) it was mine (the cardholder). If you are going to keep her banned can you issue the refund?

Well again, I personally don't play, my sister does. Charge back wasn't mean to be malicious, and she wants to play again so since they kept the money I don't see why she and her friends can't?

I couldn't find this in the rules? And this was months ago. Paypal does not take that long, I deal with it for my job. The chargeback was not accepted. This account was banned and they kept my money.

I don't understand how you can still have the money I donated here but not let her come play anymore?
