    So, I did say I wasn't going to leave for a while... But I've lost all motivation to continue due to the problems I'm dealing with outside of this community, especially my increasing health inssues. Also, this resignation doesn't mean I'm leaving this community altogether *cough* Cage, Rud *cough* I will still try and show my face around and enjoy the content we have. I hope everyone who is in the position and wants to go for Head Adminstrator I'd say go for it because I've learnt so much and I do thank @Joah @Square  Sinister and Andrews for giving me the opportunity to work within this awesome community!

    Please bare in mind if anyone (for some reason) needs me for anything my discord pm's are open and I'll try and stay a little active on the teamspeak (rip my "office") Thank you all for being great during my time as a staff member and I hope our development as a community continues onwards!

    Farewells:  There is a lot of people to @ so I'll just say thank you to everyone who have put their heart and soul into the community and I wish everyone the best of luck in the future. Just because I'm no longer a staff member doesn't mean I won't be around much love to everyone!

    Rasheed's Aerospace Resignation

    Reason: Dealing with loss / increasing health difficulties. To be blunt, I don't have the time or strength to continue building Aerospace. I'm currently dealing with the loss of my Aunt who lost her life to a terminal illness, and I've taken out multiple loans to pay for her funeral. I'm sorry everyone who expected me to see it through to the end, but I guess I can't.

    Goodbyes: Everyone who is still working hard on their own individual branches goodluck, and congratulations to @Sixx and the other newly promoted generals. I do apoligise and I will be working with you Sixx to find a new CMDR for Aerospace. I'm willing to also help maintain the roster and other documents for it but I will most likely not be coming on the server often enough to run the branch.

    @Bart Swanson You've been doing a thorough job on running your branch I wish you luck in your future endevours within the Russian side.

    @Doc You're an excellent Commander and I wish you luck on your general application! Thank you for promoting roleplay.

    @Apollo Swanson Although you probably won't read this but I do acknowledge the work you did for Aerospace and I thank you for it.

    @Sinister @Andrew @Square Thank you for giving me the opportunity to run Aerospace it has been a pleasure.

    Anyone else I forgot to @ you are in my thoughts!

    From what I see you were an influential member of this community. I do not agree with the way you acted around people. If the statements @Bobonater3 made are true. Then I'd suggest taking a little more time out to think about what you've done in the past.

    Despite this I believe people deserve a chance, I hope this isn't a mistake I'm making. But I'm willing to give you that chance, prove the community wrong and It'll show that you have changed. But if you one day come on and continue the way you've behaved previously then perhaps you'll not be given a third chance. +1

    I'm hoping that I will be given a chance to iron out the entire Russian side. I've noticed a lot of complaints during my LOA (which I tried to void) It does make me sad to see the server come down to this point. I've been trying my best to enforce RP when it is needed. Some of you will know that I've organised quite a few HC meetings within the actual server but I guess some people who are in power positions aren't dedicated enough to their branch and server. I really hope we all can work together because the staff in general can't do all of this on their own.

    Length of LOA/ROA (Please specify date if possible): 14-18 days will be informing a Director+ in case of any changes.

    Reason: My Aunt has terminal cancer and is nearing the end of her life I will be away from my house and moving to my Uncle's temporarily to support him in his time of need. I apoligise If this reflects badly on the activity of the Head Administration team but I'm not in a clear state of mind and I need to support my Uncle. I will be taking a laptop with me to work on the documents during my 'spare' time, but I can't make any promises about being able to make it onto the server.

    Do you understand that if you are going on LOA/ROA for more than two weeks you may lose your leadership position?: Yes, I will be appointing Rud as my aCO of the Russian Aerospace.
