If he's using family shared accounts,  then it's actually possible to keep him banned if the server has something to look the ID.  (yes, steam has api for getting the original SteamID from a family share ID)

It was suggested before and denied before.   Also note,  ATK battalions had a global discord once and it never got used.

A mix of the second and third system sounds like a good option considering there have been people in the past who will get up like 3 strikes and leave the server for the day and come back the next day to minge again.

Being remarkable at a position he was in the past doesn't make it right to jump at it without even getting a sense of how the people are in the battalion.

I've only seen you on the forums and never ingame.     It speaks volumes that you just walk in and go "I'mma go for Gree" without even getting to know your current members in the battalion.     

 

EDIT:  You can dumb me all you want, but you know I'm right.   How exactly are you gonna "fix" a battalion when you don't even know the members in your battalion nor does the battalion know you?

If he did enjoy the community why did he continue to minge and get arrested? We had people on this server who came on to minge but ended up enjoying the community enough that they cleared up their act.   I don't feel like this is 100% serious.

Gonna say this,  if he does get unbanned  then he should be on a very tight leash considering his prior offenses.

Can you and @Scribbles confirm this story with proof then and if this is the same person?  Neutral til we hear the full story on this.   I know there have been some incidents where people have been getting accidentally banned due to name changing and I just want to make sure this isn't one of them.

Quite honestly,  I haven't spoken to many people outside of 212th but those who have came from 41st or 104th in the past spoke negative about you.   I've don't think I have ever heard anything postive about you at all recently either.

Also the fact the kid promoting your application got a promotion instead of punishment leaves a huge sour taste in my mouth.   That's a big red flag.

This has nothing about being able to run a Squad. This has nothing to with being able to handle the Squad. This is about us wanting less. This is us wanting a lore accurate change. This is US wanting one of OUR squads removed.

Since when has the server been accurate when it comes to lore?   We threw that out the window when we got sith.

To be honest,  It feels like you guys pushed him to agree to this considering he was the last member left.   That's my own opinion on this and I know this will be up to directors.
