Dear Ike, I understand that you are angry with the removal of one of our beloved assets within the 501st Legion that has been a long term and integral system within our great battalion. Name: Enzyme RP Rank: XO Suggestion: Change Torrent Company to be 332nd Ahsoka's Squad and Send Echo to Bad Batch Implementation: Due to the current turmoil in TC with quite a few members being removed, I believe it is time to freshen up and revamp the battalion. Currently we are actively working on a doc to ensure a smooth implementation takes place. As of now we have had Torrent Company for almost 4 years now and constantly the old TC have been putting up suggestions for new things to be added. It's time for an overhaul and for an update. How this would work is that as of now would be to transfer the remaining lore characters who were in TC to transfer over so nothing would be lost. Even Rex could be potentially overhauled as Rex will soon have a skin with that pack. And due to the current circumstances with Echo I feel like it is time to allow him to be fully integrated with Bad Batch since it is now canonically accurate. To make this move would mean that as a server and a community we would be embracing catching up to lore as TC is one of the oldest and untouched squads there are. Implementing 332nd would not only drive up roleplay incentives with Ahsoka Tano but also further entice new players and current 501st members to enjoy a new and improved squad. Bringing out a new and fresh coat of paint on an otherwise outdated squad would mean a thriving 501st with all the new excitement. Like I state previously we are currently working not only with 501st TC but with Bad Batch and other outreaches to ensure that it is implemented succesfully. I was appointed to support the reformation of the Legion after the events that meant the removal of most of high command. I have been a part of the Legion for almost five months, and made my way up from private to where I am now. Throughout my time, I have set new standards for the way troopers act, and a big achievement for me has been the improvements I have brought to the heavy specialisation. Throughout my time in the 501st, I have constantly brought about change and have strived to improve myself and the battalion. Furthermore, I have pursued the intel branch and have reached the position of Intel Manager, and am in charge of recruiting new members into the intelligence team of the 501st Legion. Previous - 187th ( IFN ) Many moons ago I was the executive officer in the 187th - I led the battalion, and supported in making it one of the largest battalions on the server. While I held this position, I assisted in creating an enjoyable experience for all of my troopers, and tried my hardest to grow our battalion and make it one of the most recognisable. During my time in the 187th, I led my men effectively, was a great team leader, and kept my troopers entertained. My time here was extremely beneficial to me and taught me how to effectively lead a battalion and definitely has taught me valuable lessons. Previous - Naval ( IFN ) This is one of my greatest achievements on a Clone Wars server. In 2017, at the age of 12/13 I made my way up in Naval to Rear Admiral. Throughout the five months I was apart of Naval, I made my way from Crewman Apprentice to Rear Admiral. At this age, I was in charge of an entire Venator. Due to my timezone, I was most usually always the highest ranking online, and was always tasked with leading the server. Throughout my time in this position, I learned how to effectively lead a team and how to deal with any situation that is presented to me. Furthermore, due to the nature of Naval I learned how to communicate with others well and offer guidance to battalions and members of the community. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I should become a battalion commander due to my ability to effectively lead a team. Throughout my time in the 501st, I have led the heavy branch, and have been through ups and downs within this branch. Furthermore, I am trusted with the XO position currently. This alone proves how I can lead a team, and be a team leader that everyone can look up to. I am currently attempting to build back the officer core in the Legion, and am trying to ensure that everything still runs smoothly. Second of all, I am an extremely active person. Due to the coronavirus and also my current position in life as a whole, I am able to be online everyday for around 15 hours. I am able to support whenever I am needed and can be a role model for anybody who needs it. This is due to my maturity as I have the ability to have a laugh but take a serious role when needed. I am someone who is able to adapt to their current situation, and I think that is definetely needed for somebody who wants to apply for this position. Finally, I am a hard worker. Throughout my entire time in the 501st and my previous experiences, I have constantly kept a consistant work ethic, and am always willing to take on a task, however challenging it may be. This is why I have applied for the position of Rex. It may be challenging, but I wish to overcome that challenge and support the 501st in any way possible. I love the battalion, and would love to lead the amazing people that are in it! Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes, like many others, I have read and loved the lore of the 501st legion.
