Your #1 - Good for you. Seriously amazing for you. Myself however, still thinks gmod is trash and people could be doing better things. How did I telling him to leave make the situation harder? He already wanted to leave? I told leave gmod in a way not leave the server. Nothing against the server, just gmod in general. Your #2 - If anything, I think it makes it look more professional. It was a little summary of what to come. But we all think different things so oh well. Your #3 - I did not start what medic was brought in for. Other people posted replies off topic and trying to "diss" me. Kind of like what you did with "You telling him to leave made this harder for everyone." I "influenced" him to leave gmod as a whole, not the server. But then again, how influential is ONE sentence? You act like I was giving him a speech in voice chat for 20 minutes, when it was ONE line of text. Your everything else - If this place is such a family and not a "political business", then values should matter a whole lot more than they do right now. If this is such a family, then right and wrong should matter a lot more. As people have said, the only forum rule at the moment is common sense. If you use common sense then it should be a no brainer. That if people don't want me on the server to make your "family" feel safe, then -1 all my appeals is not the right way to go about it. If people don't want me, then make a player report, make a discussion in general, anything. "due to your actions on the previous post and the unprofessionalism that was portrayed"? Are you serious? Did you not see everyone else? I don't reply to other's posts just to talk about how I don't like what they do on the server? You and others only fucking focus on me, and no one else. I advise you open your eyes and look on others, spread the spotlight to everyone, not just me. No one says anything when people reply and disrespect me, or "diss" me. People just beat down on me, when I reply to them. Yea I could just ignore them. But still no one does anything about those replies. I understand this is a "family" of sorts, but that shouldn't allow you guys to be biased. Everything that happens is biased. Its honestly preposterous.

And yes it is supposed to be invoking. Have you read attack's post? Why would I be here to start crap? I don't even play actively on gmod anymore. I haven't been active on gmod in a long time. Why would I go through the hassle of the forums, and being professional, and making everything the best I can. If people think I am a minge and here to start shit, then why would I not just wait the week, and then go back to being a minge? If I am a minge, I would just go to other servers and play on there and fuck with people, yet I don't. And your whole persona of me continuing until it was too late, has nothing to do with the situation. The point you speak of, I had no chances of anything past that point. There was no chance of "redemption" or anything. I said "just leave" and was banned immediately after. No sit, no knowledge of what I did, nothing. I was not told to stop anything before "it got worse." And please stop with the philosophy Jagger, don't think me ignorant of sense. You can stand back and be chill, I will continue to move and learn.

For the record, can you people give reasons? I know people don't like me, but that's not a good reason to -1 my appeal.

Everyone says I cause drama. Everyone says I argue. Which I do argue, but normally I don't start it. Like look at your post? Instead of staying on topic you immediately go to how you think I give your 212th and other people "a hell of a hard time." And I told ONE person to "just leave" not multiple people. And other posts are not this discussion man? If I disrespect someone else, they can make a post about me I don't care, that's what the forums are here for. Just because other people don't make forum posts about me does not mean I don't accept I have disrespected people. I have disrespected other people, but that's not the point of this post.

And it has not been confirmed it wont be removed. The first appeal was denied. Nothing here that says this cant be accepted, or I cant post another appeal.

This isn't about whether I respect my peers. Whether people like me, whether staff like me. Its about right or wrong. There is no point in having an appeal section, or an application section, if anything is NOT about right or wrong.

Same topic, different contents. Different contents that prove things wrong.

Did you even read the post? Just because an appeal of mine has been denied before does not change the contents of this appeal.

This person has a valid point. Their point follows under the definition of disrespect. Their point shows the "to lack special regard" aspect of disrespect. BUT this point is overruled by simple facts that were not stated or brought up earlier. In the situation, the CC (cadet) was already frustrated. And the CC named Raff showed this in OOC chat. The CC had waited for minutes asking to be trained. The CC had said in OOC he/she was disappointed with the server for not being trained. The CC also said he/she was close to leaving. Having STILL waited many minutes, and not even a TR was en route. So after some background information being said, the situation should become much clearer. After learning some background information, the point made by someone earlier, is definitely overruled. The point is overruled because the CC already had the thought of leaving. The statements of "honestly raff leave. Spare yourself some time" could not "turn away" this CC, because the thought of turning away was already made before that statement. The CC had decided to seriously consider leaving the server, not from my statement, but from the lack of training he had received. It is important to know that the CC was thinking on his own accord, and acting on his accord, not from others. If the ban reason was "Server Disrespect", then there most likely would be talk about the server prior to the ban, that inflicted the ban. But, even though how likely this is, in this case, is false. There was no talk of the server, or of the server's staff, prior to the ban that day. Subsequently, the event of the opinions stated in OOC, is the ONLY possible case for server disrespect. Since the one and only conceivable reason for the "Server Disrespect" ban has been undoubtedly proven false and incorrect, then the ban has been proven erroneous and inaccurate.
