I've been trying to buy donation perks for people and it won't work, since yesterday. I was told yesterday that it would be down for the day, and I was recently told today that the store is up and running, but i'm still not able to buy for other people donation perks via the steam ID. Is there a fix for this coming our way, or is there any other way to do this?
