The problem is that anyone can switch to it without the whitelist.

Description of the bug: Anyone can currently switch to Galactic Marines ARC, Support, Pilot, and Paratrooper because the Whitelist is not active. To basically fix it just activate the whitelist in !whitelist.
How can we recreate it: Switch to the Galactic Marines ARC Job without whitelisting yourself and boom you're a GM ARC.

+1 FalooBalooo is a great leader and is the guy that can get the job done.

+1, Dargon has been the best Fox I have ever seen. I think he can take on the position again and make sure that the battalion is revived and flourishing like it used to be. He can balance the position fairly well and I believe he will do a great job as Fox if he gets it again.

Reason for leaving: I have not been active at all recently as I have not had the motivation to get on the server, I don't find it fun anymore to staff on Gmod and this is the end of my staffing career. I will still be getting on the server once and a while so me no leaving and I will most likely always be on the TS3.
