I love synergy and I always will but it's just too much to juggle all of what I'm doing and I need to stop doing things even if I don't want to. Farewells: Shoutout to all my Rancor family, you guys are amazing and I can't thank you guys enough, @Dragon @Miller @Reddy @Fizzik @Sinister @Acroc @Nigel @SmallJeff @Dino @Acid Bunny @Billsiff . And many others that I haven't listed, but I'm so grateful I was able to work my way up in a battalion that is just so great. Its tough to say goodbye but I have no choice but I know it's for the better. Definitely wanted to thanks all the staff and TR's+ that I was able to be a part of. This server is so great and hopefully one day again ill be able to come back again.

It’s been a nice run reddy , sad to see you go but at least when you leave you know your squad is in good hands because you were a great leader for alphas and taught miller and I so much and that will continue as we teach the new alphas later on

RP Name: Alpha 98 2ndLT Nate Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:223843597 VIP (Y/N): Yes Age: 18 Timezone: PST What was your previous staff rank?: VA Are you currently staff on a server?:(SCP or TTT): No Why did you leave the staff, team?: I had to deal with school, at the time i was way to busy to be staff on the server even though i loved every second of it, i just couldnt be on enough and i had to resign from the server as a whole. Why do you want to rejoin the staff, team?: Like i said i loved every second of being a staff, i really felt like i was able to do more for this community that i love so much. It makes it feel as if i have more of a purpose other than just rping on the server and being a clone. Its a great job to have, especially because i love to help every person i am able to whether its in rp of a staff situation. I also love to deal with situations, if there was somethign happening on the server i was one to love dealing with them, its weird but its just something i like to do. It also is a time filler as well, when nothing is happening on the server i just can go afk answering peoples tickets or helping people who ask. Plus i have a lot more time on my hands since i work during the day i am on later in the day when there isnt that much staff on. So its just a role id love to gain again just to really help out this community and server because its the only server i have played on since it lauched about a year and some time ago. Then when we all moved to Synergy i wanted to look into staff. On Synergy its a new staff "rank" sorta speak so i wanted to apply and give it a shot to try and become staff because i like the fact of helping people and role playing on the server. As ive been looking at the staff and seeing how different they are on Synergy from others because on Synergy ive seen how people on here try very very hard to help everyone and make sure everyone is welcome and happy, i want a part of that and i want to help Synergy become or stay the best star wars rp server. Im a likable person and i love being around people and making things more positive and better, so if i get a staff role then i will feel like i am doing more for my community. Whatever part of staff i become if i can i will put a lot of my time and dedication into being a staff member. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a Commander of Torrent Company and a Commander in the 501st. I am a 501st intel officer so myself and some other 501st officers work very hard to keep our docs up to date and changed, we are really close and hardworking together also we have some fun by trying to change the docs the quickest. I have been playing star wars rp for about 3 months maybe 4 and im on for maybe more than half the day if not more so i am fairly active. I am a hardworking kid in highschool that is not in a public school so thats how im on for so long i am very devoted to playing star wars rp and video games in general.
