Forseen is corrected in addition, it didn't help that one of our Perma Masters / a Senior Admin abused the XP leveling system a while back. I personally don't know the limitations of how much we can do to restrict leveling up, whether you earn XP in this situation or not depending on the circumstances etc. 

I do agree that there should be a boost to the amount of XP you get during a situation however, you aren't meant to get Level 100 within a week. Its suppose to take time and effort to get to that level. An idea that I have thought of, if you prestige maybe you get A increase on how much XP you gain.

The best way I found gaining XP is simply being on the server, participating in events, in trainings and fighting people.
