I tried it again and it is still unfortunately giving me the black screen with out loading my character in

Is there an update on this by chance?

I Cleared the cache data through steam for Gmod, and tried recconnecting but I still only see a black screen

Yea I believe so , Although unsure what rank I was and it was quite a while ago

Unfortunately It is still hitting me with the black screen unable to load me in , I am able to load onto my jedi character still but not my clone character

+1 Using mojavelicious's clip which removed the uneeded audio if you simply put the volume up and listen closely (since he was far away from the person recording the clip) You can hear him say "negative" quite well this is a straight cut case of just some misunderstanding and bad Gmod audio output that meant absolutely no harm at all when closely investigated.
