The whole point of the ARF trooper is just to have that filler step before ARC. Trauma existed as a side note but as history has shown fucking sucked. Rancor, at it's principle, is just ARC in it's entirety. Giving ARF these side kits doesn't really do anything. If someone who is joining Rancor (Assuming that they understand the point of the batt) joins to just be an enlisted ARF trooper, then that's on them and doesn't really make sense other than just existing to exist. People join to be ARC troopers, that's the whole point of ARC's having all the cool shit. Trauma unit was there to be a little placate for those who "Suffer" until they were ARC trained and as I aforementioned didn't work. This is just basically going back to Trauma's unit with fancy footwork. (This whole segment in hindsight doesn't really serve a purpose or som ion know) IF a person is joining rancor who isn't interested (Or struggles or isn't able to) in becoming an ARC leaves before they are trained, then the batt wasn't meant for them. -1
