    I am going to be honest here in my opinion. And have a hot take after looking at every other vote. I high key give it a -1. I see him slowly unraveling all the work Tessa (and a liiiitttle bit of Arizona) put in to make CG server friendly. When I first joined like, 3-4 months ago, CG was cringe. Arresting like crazy and yelling at anyone they did not deem "okay". BH's literally made a commission to just kill them because they were annoying. Then Arizona took over and Tessa go the XO spot. She behind the scenes worked her butt off to get CG liked again by the masses. Then she took over BCMD and took off with peeps enjoying and even joining CG. BUT, from the moment she has left, I have seen Aegis as the highest in command, start to lead things back to the "fun police". Going from minging himself when he was not high rank, to now disciplining peeps and arresting peeps for simple reasons. And many people who interacted positively with peeps who wanted to have fun have left because of this. Including myself. Anyways, that be my hot take. :D

    Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I have been wanting to aid Synergy for some time now with any problems that may occur on the server with Staff and Minge related incidents. I feel being able to help out in any way I can, or during the wacky hours I am on and other may not be will come in handy. I do also want to work my way through the ranks and do gamer GM stuff. I have thought on some things that I think would be cool concepts from my time on another server. Had a very good track record for events in my past, so I would like to attempt to continue that here on Synergy.

    Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am an ebic gamer, top of my class. I believe I have very good people skills, which is wild considering my um, disadvantage. That being that I do not talk. Have dealt with my whole life, not good at speaking to people at all. Both irl and here online. That would be my only set back, but I have dealt with it for years and am capable of still doing just as good of work as the next person.

    Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I do, I was a GM for a year (which I still did GM things after becoming admin), an admin for two years, and a head admin for another two years on the same server. So, I do got tons of experience doing admin things.

    I have enjoyed interacting with Tess from the first time I met her CG character. She has always seemed to put it in her best interest to make things enjoyable for everyone around her. Even when dealing with serious situations. And from my experiences with peeps in CG and hanging around them for a couple months now, I see that drive to make things fun for others happening more and more. Plus, after recently joining CG, I have noticed how seriously she takes being in a higher position of Command within the ranks. She seems to always be working to better those in her ranks and herself at the same time. Also, hearing in on some of the plans she has and the way she includes others into these things shows how much she is dedicating herself to CG as a whole. So, all in all. Best CG.
