Republic Intelligence have recently discovered a base that has been the home of a CIS garrison. Government officials have reached out to the CIS stationed on the base and they are willing to talk to us. Our forces as well as our senators will be dispatched to meet with the CIS senate and discuss rightful ownership of the base.
