I've created a couple naval docs so far. The finalized one is engineering, everything else is subject to change until the interim Admiral approves. There are probably typos to let me know.

dont make it like icefuse where it was to be an engineer you must be NAVAL engineer trained

Don't make it like Icefuse where you have to be advanced certified in 543 different things just to try out. 

That and don't have any "Sams"
