Modification to GC Drone

Suggestion: Make alterations / modifications to the currently existing drone to make it's utilization easier and more RP friendly.

 

- Change the currently used model to one of Republic make, rather than a manhack drone. [This is a lower priority than ones below]

 

- Change health pool from 25->75, as to allow it a moment from being first shot to recover and possibly avoid further damage. As well as making it harder to be shot down accidentally.

 

- Tone down the overall sound from the drone as it's very noticable, and feels almost too loud for a recon drone. 

 

- Alter the red glow such that it is less impeding on overall sight whilst using drone (or possibly removing the filter permanently, rather than supplying the option to do so by pressing alt.) 

 

- Making the left-click functionality into a functioning flashlight rather than a flash so that the drone can more easily navigate / see in darker conditions. Alternatively, the red glow from the visor could be made into a toggleable red flashlight, so that turning on the filter provides light to it's surroundings.

 

Implementation: Modify the pre-existing drone to better fit the role of a recon drone, while making features that are currently more clunky, into easier to navigate controls / tools.
