Making it so people stop posting in accepted

Suggestion: Lock the ability to post in Accepted, Denied, and pending. (It's pretty annoying to see people posting in the wrong area)

That is very easy to do. All it requires is a few check marks in the permissions. And there is no reason to deny this in my opinion.

This is kindergarten stuff.

Yea basically what he said, the problem is forum mod rank kinda collides with it. They can't always move things around when I do that. I'll revise it.
