CIS deployed landers in CY that dropped pods of infected clones from previous battles, along with Geonosian mind controlling bugs. Troopers were on heavy lockdown and had to clear out Rakata base to prevent the disease from spreading. They managed to fight their way out, destroy hostile ships and prevent the infection from spreading to more troopers.
