Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Civis were selling tacos (passive RP) and the republic kept stealing them and holding the taco vendors at gunpoint. The civis called for help and a crime family boss came to aid them against the republic. The crime family came with a small squad of transport ships and fighters as well as their own capital ship and helped the taco vendors at village
