Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A Citizen of the Nahalla Village Began giving out free food to the GAR. During this the people who ate the food started to go crazy. They even after a bit started to sieze and bleed. Until CG and Medical stepped in stopping the issue. The hooded Figure Will reveal himself in a later time.
