Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Bill finds a crowbar and goes around base, hitting people with it. It is up to the republic to find a cure from bill. They end up finding that the crowbar is a sith artifact and cause the holder to go into a blood rage. The only cure is bill killing the holder of a cup.
