Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A man was paid by the CIS to make a new bug, he did this and released them on this planet and a local man reported it to the republic. The republic went over and started to kill the bugsd so the man requested CIS to come help save the research. The CIs arrived and started to kill the Republic. They failed to stop the republic and the scientist was arrested trying to get away.
