Reason for leaving: With a new schedule, I can't balance staff work and battalion work consistently, which will in turn prevent me from making quota in the long run.  I will be back once my schedule gets better. But in the mean time, I'll just have fun on the server :) 

Farewells: Thank you @Reborn for being an amazing inspiration and help whenever I needed it. People like you make this server fun and engaging.
