Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A scientist has attacked the base, he cut a hole in the laat so when it got parked spores would fly out. The scientist did plan on posiening the water supply in a hopes to turn people into ghouls but they figured out he wasnt part of the republic and the scientist already having his back up plan in play killed himself in order to avoid being captured
