Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Some Buzz Droids got into ER before we could notice, they sliced into the mainframe and screwed with the holograpic emitters. Which caused some unfortunate consequences, the holograms caused some unfortunate deaths due to the potency of said holograms.
