Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): A pirate gang called the Balkas from Sector "3" wants to exand their influence on other territories. Seeing how Fort Onderon and the village don't look like much, they do a hostile takeover of the village in order to secure their radar dish. Intentions unknown, it looked like they were attempting to contact the CIS for assistance. CIS forces arrive to attack the base and disable the power, but the gang members were killed off super quick. CIS Commander saw the situation at hand as a lost cause and jumped out.
