NOTE: These guidelines are for both new and previous applicants.

Prerequisites:

1. Must not have any previous offenses. (If you do have PO please talk to the Quest Lead about being waived for application)
2. Must be respectable and mature.
3. Must have at least 75+ hours in-game
4. Must be SA+ or a GM
