Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): Buster Scrugs and his gang took over a mine they wanted to keep from the republic but the republic managed to get the supplies. So Buster Scrugs killed as many republic as he could and escaped before the CIS got there from hearing the ruckus and destroying the town and republic escapes
