When I asked him why he did this he replied I don't want to switch to the medic job and I don't have time to afk all day and beg like you I then contacted Oxen and had him talk to riptide I though it was a mistake on his part and it wouldn't happen again but yesterday I caught him spawning himself a DU shield and when I asked him why he did this he called me a dumb cunt and that because he did it in OOC lounge it wouldn't matter Evidence (If applicable): ask medic(Jocasta Nu) as he was there when it happened

They spawn with me when i am a CC but not when I switch jobs to my clone, naval, Jedi, etc. As I said I do not know if this is the case but if it is I understand. So I will be NEUTRAL until further evidence is found.

Telling someone to fuck off when caught doing something you shouldn't is not appropriate. If he was in private testing interactions, well I do that periodically. But in public view and in an event is not okay.
