Why did you leave the staff team?: i left the staff team due to my schedual being messed up and i was getting burn tout for a short ammount of time

Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum):i wish to rejoin the staff team to help the community on the off hours when most staff members are asleep. I also want to host fun interacable events for players that are on at this time. Also to help any new players that may join want to stay and bring in even more players

How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): my tim ewhen i was staff prevously was very fun their was some down sides at one point but those issues was resolved. When i was staff i think the community loved the fun encounters that i tried to host for people. I also liked the fun dupes that people wanted to be placed and help the battalions with their trainnings.

This individual has displayed antisocial and outright rude attitude in the presence of newer players on the server. Such an unwelcoming outlook from our staff team is not what we want people to see when they join Synergy. I believe its imperative that we push the community in a much more welcoming and open direction so that newer players feel inclined to get involved with the community. I feel strongly that you do not reflect such a direction and nor do I believe that you are capable of representing the community in a positive light as a member of the staff team.
