Why do you want to join the Gamemaster team?:

I want to focus on helping and sparking entertainment for the server mainly, joining back i love the functions and feel that i would have alot more fun just focusing on GM for the time being esp with the merge i have no plans to rank up high that much and tbh just wanna have fun and make events for the server and for my battalion 212th. In general im gonna do the same old same old of hosting events and having fun when i can, im not gonna play nearly as much as before (only playing max 40-30 hours a week tbh) so yeah

Link us to 2 documents. One that is a deployment for the event server and one for a main server event. These will likely be the first events you do as a GM.

You know bacta, i could have sworn it wasn't too long ago you were trying to essentially start up quite possibly one of the worst episodes of drama this community has seen no? You used to be a reliable person of interest in the GM team and you even went out of your way for CIS for a short period of time and gave it your all. 

 

But then you start that mass drama post calling out founders and what not and get the community riled up and shit and "this is dieing blah blah blah" and  you spent a significant amount of time talking about another community(A competing one mind you.) at extreme length.

 

I guess my question is, are you going to stop being schizo and do a full recommitment? Are you done resigning, Leaving and coming back less than a week later? Why should we trust you at all after recent events?

my actions were clear and i would have done it again just remove some few comments i would have said

, i came back to the community when the founder team put more effort into the community and stepped up to the plate and from there i have recruited over 15+ people from retirement to join back, i stand by 70% 

My post was something cause i believed in it i stand by 100% of what i said, during the entire drama i did my best to stay respectful to the founders, while having grievances and lashing, if presented in the same situation i would do it again.

Here is a FAQ of stuff that i did do and what i didn't do

-I didn't start a new community whatsoever, i was approached by many people that had plans to splinter off and gave advice when presented 

-I talked privately with Woeny/Xaze and made amends of some comments that i do regret, promising both of them that i will make it up to them

-I didn't utilize any information regarding my time on synergy, when i resigned or any point in time, i used everything above the table, when playing on other communities i didnt use a single thing that i did on synergy, this is a video game, 

But sure ill be the most candid possible, cause unlike others i am a open book here is in general the most toxic i was towards it

The only thing that i do regret is saying that i hope synergy burns, it was extremly hot headed, and i instantly realized yeah it was to far and deleted it cause it didnt reflect me

Sorry @Bbstinefor leaking dms  hope you can forgive me but i wanna put this when i was at my most frustrated with synergy

This is a video game, that i want to put up and put back down, you have done the exact same trying to get a waive for yoda/yularen then leaving the community,  like i said in the app that you didnt read i dont wanna rank up i just wanna help out and do events for my battalion.

+1 bacta is a great guy but mentioning that he started drama is kinda un needed because-
 

yes if might have been a little harsh but overall it helped the community did it not?

he had high staff set up a week of giveaways after that post went up and not just that they were working there asses off to get the server back on its own 2 feet.

this ultimatly created a positive jump back on the server going from 20-30 a day to now 40-60 a day so no matter what you try and say about mazens post it ultimatly got the message across and initiated a series of events that brought the server back to health.

all and all:
1. it was harsh but needed
2. it created a positive effect for the server
3. if gave us a wake up call.

Everyone should have the chance to be a gamemaster for as long as they wish whenever they wish. You have the experience and were an absolute boon to the team for 2 years. Obvious +1 from me. I'm not gonna let anything overshadow the incredible amount that you did as a GM previously.

I'm really fucking mixed on this.   

Bacta,  I fucking love you man.   You pour your heart out for this community at times despite how much you fuck your IRL over.    You can be an idiot at times and we all still love you for it. 
After the thread,  I just don't know.    I agreed things needed to have a spotlight on them and that someone lashed out at people for no reason.

Mazen was one of the better GMs, so preventing him from actively stepping into a position to help the server would be a shame, especially if its based off drama in the past that honestly isn't relevant in the current state of the community

It's been months, and I know you have the talent. But you shan't let the mingery corrupt you my boy. Although I've been distant from the drama, something told me to check the forums today. I need you to hold yourself to a standard that even I fail to sometimes meet.

For the high staff who may be looking at this, there's no need to rush. Someone with great interest in making the server better can do so staying a GM, possibly for extended times, if the outcome is quality content for the playerbase. I'm not asking you to rank-lock Bacta, but at least understand (As you possibly already do) the talent and creativity behind this man.
