Why should you become a Sector Commander?:

I should become Sector Commander because I believe I can achieve more in a higher position such as Sector Commander. I’ve been striving to work closely with the 212th, and believe I can help the battalion achieve new levels. With my action plan, I can easily accomplish my goals and bring both battalions to a new level.

 

CG: 

Currently, the structure is slowly but surely improving. I still have plans I want to execute and continue. I fully trust my current officer core with my vision and believe they can execute it given the right guidance. 

• Continue building a strong officer core. 

• Continue cleaning and creating new documentation.

• Increase stabilization

• Increase activity when no BCMD is online

 

212th:

I believe 212th has a lot of potential. We can improve 212th and bring them to the next level. 212th has an amazing EU presence, and I believe we can capitalize off it and progress even more. 

• NA activity

• Promote leadership within the current core

• Increase professionalism overall. The current core does a good job pushing for higher standards within the lower NCOs and Enlisted corps

• Increase stabilization & communication within the battalion

 

Overall:

Overall I want to push for an increased activity incentive while and continue rewarding our new players. This should and will increase retention within the lower ranks. It’s worked in the past, and I feel it’s super important to make sure we continue this push.

Give a brief overview of your achievements and experience on the server:

 

In my time on Synergy I have helped revive specialisations within Galactic Marines, 41st and 91st. I was able to bring a new standard for roleplay and activity to the Galactic Marines and 91st's medics. I then brought those standards to Coruscant Guard, where I swiftly rose up through the ranks and became the BCMD. As of writing this application, I have been BCMD Fox for a little over a month.

Galactic Marines: PVT -> 2ndLT MEDL

91st Mobile Reconnaissance: PVT -> MEDL

Coruscant Guard: PVT -> BCMD

Where do you want your sector to be at the end of your term?: 

 

I would like to see the two battalions of my sector working together as a team more frequently to keep each other active and motivated. 2 heads are better than one, and I'd like to see the BCMDs of both battalions working together to solve problems. I'd love to see them regularly sharing trainings and deployments together. Hopefully at the end of my term as SCMD, I'll have one of the most active and interactive sectors on the server under me.

 

How do you plan to improve relations within your sector?: 

 

• Battalion Meetings 

  • Battalion meetings will increase synergy within inner battalion relations. I think it’s super important to push for inner relations to promote stabalization.

• Joint Training 

  • I believe joint training’s can only help to increase teamwork within the two battalions. I believe we can build a foundation for an overall goal within two battalions through weekly joint trainings.

• Combined HC meetings 

  • Having more people to brainstorm how to resolve issues and be more open about things we can improve can only help the Command core of both battalions grow closer.

• Provide a team mentality

  • I want to look at the Siege mentality and work towards a goal where we’re all on the same team and push for the same goals and activities together.

I've gotta say, I had my reserves about you at first. A lot of people brought up a lot of red flags about you during your CG BCMD application. That being said, your work and dedication to not only CG, but to Synergy is undeniable. Not only is CG one of the most active battalions recently, you are one of the most active BCMDs on the server. With all this in mind:
