 I will list my experience on Synergy in a brief synopsis of what I remember

104th (PVT - 1stLT)
My first time in the 104th was when I joined in July of 2019 and worked my way up into the SNCO ranks but resigned and when to the 41st. I joined a couple of other times achieving both Wolfpack Sinker and Wolfpack Mortar.

41st (Unknown - 2ndLT)
I joined 41st a few times as well achieving the rank of officer, Green Company, and ARCO.

91st (NCO - 2ndLT)
I joined 91st and worked hard, especially during the final weeks of the battalions life on Synergy. My main achievement was getting ARCO as my time was cut short. 

CG ( PVT - CMD)
I originally joined CG in 2019 looking for a more strict battalion that I could be in. During my first time in CG, I worked extremely hard and made it to 1stLT but resigned to take a much-needed break from Synergy. I then came back a few other times and did CG things but got burned out from CG. During my last time in CG, I worked hard and achieved CMD, ARCL, and Thire. 

21st (1SG - CMD)
I joined 21st in the span of a few years. I have spent almost all of my time in SO within 21st achieving some great things. During all my time in 21st I have achieved SO trooper, SO Medic, SO ARC, joining the Officer Corps, being granted Jet, SO officer, Blackout, SO Lead, and Commander. 

Jedi (Youngling - Knight X)
I have played in the Jedi branch as a side thing but during my time there I have achieved some great things. I have achieved Consular Manager, Sage Manager, Guardian Manager, Weapon Specialist, Temple Guard Manager, Temple Guard Manager Lead, Barriss Offee, Serra Keto, and Tiplar.

Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:
I believe I should become a Battalion Commander for a few reasons. 

Mindset - I am a very confident leader who is not afraid to face challenges when they arise. I believe that people can change and grow their talents, abilities, and knowledge when giving positive feedback.

Experience - I have experience and have done a good bit of stuff during my time in Synergy. I have done mainly things based around battalions on synergy. I have worked on a lot of Intel teams where I gained knowledge and learned how to work in teams to reach one main goal. I have worked my way up to achieve the lead position of regiments which helped me understand the chain of command a lot as I started at the bottom of the regiment and had to work and prove myself to move up. I have experience in almost every rank that you can get in a battalion, I have when from PVT to CMD which I have put a lot of work and dedication to now I have an opportunity to achieve BCMD and I am ready to take control of this position and lead the 21st. 

Behavior - I have done a lot of things regarding my behavior. Over the past years, I have been a troll messing around on the server causing me to get punished but I  don't look at this as a negative thing for me this was a learning opportunity and I did just that. I have been removed and demoted from positions that I keep getting and eventually, I opened my eyes up and realized I need to fix my attitude and behavior if I want to keep playing on Synergy. So I started to work to do better and I think a huge factor was just letting myself mature a little more and joining a battalion that has good behavior. I shared that because I have experienced firsthand that people can change if they have a positive environment to change. I want to help people with issues change for the better and make them have more experience to better themselves.

Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?:
At the end of my term, I want 21st to be restored to a stable battalion. I think 21st can easily be stabilized back out with a few changes that I am going to list. 

Activity - Right Now I currently see 21st is slowly falling into an issue with activity on the server. I understand that 21st is on the smaller size of battalions so we do not pull the same activity as the bigger battalions but we defiantly can increase activity. My biggest fix to this problem is to implement training and activities for the 21st to do which I will go into more detail about in the section below. 

Training - I want to implement 1 or 2 big trainings weekly that is hosted by me. One will be at the beginning of the week and the other will be at the end of the week, they will be anything from Breach and Clears, CQC, Search and destroy, etc. Something else that the 21st has and needs to pick up on is Tech, EOD, and Boarding. These trainings are very important to the 21st as we use them a lot. I want all members in 21st from enlisted to officers to have these trainings as soon as they can. This opens who can host them for the server and it makes 21st have more experience members within.

Battalion Networking - Something I see happen during events and deployments is people isolating themselves from other battalions. I want to network and encourage others in the 21st to network and work with people we don't communicate with. In my opinion, I believe networking is a huge that that will help fix a lot of issues, forming a connection can be a hard thing to do but when it works it does amazing things and increases performance for everybody. Networking with other battalions can be something as simple as doing trainings/events/deployments or as complex as combining forces for events and having roles for each battalion. I have been working closely with Doom’s Unit to do joint trainings just to test it and I have seen a huge amount of success during the trainings. 

Battalion Stabilization- This is something else I would like to target in the 21st if I achieve Bacara. I would like to stabilze the regiments and subunits out a little bit. As of right, I believe that the GM side of the battalion has been neglected and has caused it to wither up and become little to nothing. I want to focus and heavily promote the GM side of the battalions so we can keep GM, SO, and KU close to the same amount of activity and numbers just so one subunit does not overrule or overpower the others. 

Enforcing Merits - The 21st has Merits in the battilion that is tought to use in SGT trainings but right now people promote others once they have TIG done with 0 merits. I belive this is a factor in the activity issues the 21st is currently having because people just wait till they have TIG then get on for a promo then repeat, I want to start enforcing merits so people have to put some work to make progress instead of just waiting the TIG out. 

Public Image - I think 21st is a good behaving battalion for the most part but every now and then people mess up and make us look a little sloppy which I would like to prevent from happening. The way I am wanting to fix the actions and behavior of the 21st is to start enforcing the 21st Code of Conduct more which is Character, Courage, Commitment, Honor, Leadership, Professionalism, and Respect. When I was in 21st a few years ago the Code of Conduct was what the 21st was everything was based around it which I feel we should go back to because it will fix the current behavior problems that sometimes happen in 21st, if troopers are being shown how to act according to the Code of Conduct then it will increase the overall performance of the 21st.

-1, nothing but either bad or uncomfortable situations with you. You literally only care about SO and don’t seems to even talk or make links with subunits. You are u professional and overall not fit for this position. If you do get accepted I hope this will change.

-1, I don't believe your fit to run an entire battalion, from my experience within 21st you didn't care much for the entire battalion, just SO, and when i reached out to you about building links, specifically between KU and SO you just ignored me.

When I spoke with you about who is going to apply for this position around a month and a half ago when you said you were writing this application you said you had it done but one section, the "Why should you become a Battalion Commander?" as well as when I spoke to you last week you told me you still didn't have it done. To me someone who doesn't know why they want the position should be getting it let alone applying for it.

Mainly being activity especially when the server is quiet, which is fair, and sometimes you say stuff which doesn't really help you sound professional or competent BUT you do know how to run the batt, hence why you were Blackout anf then Commander.

Since I left the server what has impressed me most deathtiger has been your resolve. You went from being blacklisted from all battalions to working to better yourself. I was genuinely impressed when I came back to you as a commander in CG, and while you have had some slip-ups I think you are ready and capable. +1
