Not really sure about Meta's but bloodied builds seem to dominate high levels of play. 

Personally, Heavy Guns and Power Armor is preferred choice of mass genocide

Yeah I’m thinking heavy gunner power armor tried going a single shot rifle build but that didn’t work to well lol
