Why should you become a Battalion Commander?:

I should become Blitz as I have many ideas on how to improve certain aspects of the battalion first of these changes would be:
Organising documents:

Currently the documents in rancor are pretty bad as during the entire term under Mitchell we were waiting on someone to come assist us with the documentation work but currently a lot of rancor documents are outdated and need to be updated so probably my first week (hopefully) all documents can be updated with what the intel team have been working on.
Relations with other battalions:
There has been issues between Rancor and a few battalions which I would hopefully try to avoid in the future by reaching out more with other battalions which we have been trying to do with some other battalions and also I want to improve the standards that Rancor are setting as currently many of the officer believe that the standards of ARC are dropping on the server so we want to improve are standards, this also means that if someone is ARC trained we expect you to uphold the ideals that you agreed too when attending selections also I will most likely open up suggestion to change ARC to people who are fully arc trained.

Status of Rancor itself:
Me and the high command will go over the status of the current branches in Rancor this would be the leadership of specialisations and seeing if they are still fit to hold these positions, I will also be working alongside Marr and Malore to evaluate the activity of the current Alpha ARCs I have been getting many reports from both current Rancor members and people outside of the battalion that they don’t see some of the current Alpha ARCs on either at all or rarely and also we have deemed it fit to change how Alpha Designations work and this is a change that I will be working on throughout this application and I would hope its done before the end or my first week if I get BCMD.
Jedi Overhaul:
With this change I will be working closely with Shaak Ti (Lie Ren) to test out a new jedi system within the battalion and this will involve a new trial for becoming a rancor Jedi working on the Jedi hierarchy within Rancor, so like what ranks Jedi would start as and could work there way up to, and improving the activity on the jedi branch within Rancor and touching up on the system of people who join Rancor Jedi get waived for all ARC trainings 

ARC Trainings change:
Simply improving how people inside and outside of Rancor get ARC and most likely shortening the process of getting ARC from an average of 5-7 days of trying and passing first try everything to around 3-5 days of trying and passing first time and most likely improving on Selections to make it fit to the standards of what the current Officer of Rancor are starting to expect. I could discuss these changes more but due to it being ARC training I can’t state any changes publicly but these can be expanded upon in private.

I want Rancor to uphold it's current activity and just for it be an easy experience overall to get your ARC trainings both inside and out of the battalion and I hope to have cleaned up majortiy of the minor issues that I have stated above and hopefully we can also communicate more with battalion ARCs

I have worked with Stix within Rancor High Command for three months consistently and he has proven himself time and time again that he is ready and dedicated to this battalion and this position. He is active, dedicated and a very capable leader. Stix constantly tries to find ways to improve Rancor as a whole and has never faltered from this. Stix has communicated and outlined his plan for Rancor to High Command many times and I am looking forward to seeing these things put into place. I know you can do the job, but you have a lot of positions on the server. If the job of BCMD ends up needing more attention then being XO, what steps will you take to ensure you're giving the amount of attention to your battalion that they need.

I've already taken a few steps like stepping down from Consular Lead to make more time for Luminara and Colt but if it came down to it I would most likley drop Luminara which I wouldn't really want to do but if I need to do it to stay active in Rancor then that is the choice I'd make

+1 During my time in 41st, I've seen Stix run the Jedi Gauntlet as Barriss Offee for probably around 4-5 months.  He's an extremely capable person as well as someone who is responsible and reliable.  I believe he certainly has the ability to take on the role of BCMD in Rancor and continue to lead it well.

This isn't really a question. But this is why I don't rely on others to do my battalions job. Glad you figured that out though and that you are gonna do it yourself! (Might've been better to come to this realization sooner)

Here is just a suggestion: You can talk about standards dropping all you want, but you don't need to be BCMD to start doing this. It's as simple as checking arrests of active arcs IN the time they have been arcs. Actually watching ARC troopers from other battalions to make sure they are upholding the standards that were placed on them. Conversing with ARC Leads with minginess in their regiment. All very simple things.

I would like an explanation on this because I don't know what this means. You can only BE ARC if you are ARC Trained.

What counts as active for Alpha's? Also, when deciding on Applications, do you vote to fill the squad or do you vote to find the best fit?  These are two very different concepts. You do not need to accept someone even if 3 people applied.

This will not only kill your commanders and officers. But this will kill Rancor's Standards for ARC Troopers. But, I am curious to know why you feel ARC Trainings need to be touched again after Mitchell worked on it. Only reason I say this is because ARC Trainings aren't like EOD / Tech / MED. So why?

One of the main things we want to do is improve how Rancor talk with the ARCL as currently we have some ARCL that are doing amazing and are in constant communication with Rancor about there roster and who is cleared but then we have others that we haven't heard from in months and have no idea who is even on there ARC roster

This is probablly just me miswording something I acutally meant that suggestions in Rancor would open up to people who are ARC trained

This is something we are actively doing during the course of my application so that we hope by the time we have a new BCMD that all issues within the branches are resloved

This has always been a thing since I joined Rancor It was just stating a benefit that the Jedi get for being apart of Rancor

This is in refrence to some changes that are still up in the air for ARC trainings right now as the current High Command are discussing changes that we want to see and how they can be implimented smoothly
