How to fix not having a Hotbar

When I go to switch weapons the hotbar that has 1-6 that shows all my weapons and SWEP's is not here. I have remove all addon from steam and reinstall like 2 or 3 times. I have uninstalled GMOD off my PC then reinstalled it and it still have not fixed it. Does anybody know how?

Umm maybe try verifying your garrys mod via steam. To do this right click garrys mod in your steam library, click properties, go to local files, and click verify integrity of game files. Let me know if this works or not, I might have another solution.

I just verify integrity and it did not work

Okay, go to options in game, click keyboard, klick advanced options and unclick fast weapon switch. If this does not work, try typing cl_drawhud 1 in console.
