WilliamC Posted May 28, 2020 Report Share Posted May 28, 2020 I believe the cg should have elastic restraints for prisoners. if we are having to tansport them somewhere then they could esecape. with the restraints you can make sure that they stay close to you and also with the restraints you can blinfold someone if you are taking them to an interogation room or gag them if they are saying words they shouldnt be.
