Summary of Encounter: 

Senator Saam flew onto base with orders from the senate to establish a mining outpost near the base. Senator Saam had a meeting with the base operations command and presented orders for the outposts construction.

Senator Saam sent a scout party out to find a suitable location for the outpost and retrieved the information afterwards. This is part 1 of 2.

3/4 - Could have had the later part last a little longer, I know you werent planning on having so much banter with BO, but it seemed like the mission was very short in style. Otherwise a good bit of Passive, nice storyline and I am very curious to see where it goes.
