Summary Of encounter:Equinox the banished who had previously held the relic had lost his mind under the influence of the relic and lost control of his body he atempts to get to the closest  Republic Base which was anaxes he wanted to seek help but unfortunately he was cut down.The relic was later recovered and contained in the jedi vault
