When the jedi comes to the gate to see what this sith wants he will then say that he has information about the sith and would like to share it with the republic and convert over to the light side. Basically he wants to see the light once more to help the republic instead of hurt the republic. What was the result of the event?: In the end the Sith has converted to the light side and once again is with the republic instead of against them.
