Event Name:Meeting the natives

Summary of the story:The people that are living on the planet finally area to the GAR, They are a peaceful race of  Gotals, Living off the grass and wild berries. They talk to the GAR about all the noise and reasoning for being on the planet. Since the planet is considered neutral. 

What was the result of the event?:The tribe have made peace with the republic, and that they will protect them. In exchange the gotals will share knoledge of the planet.
